How long does a UI/UX project take? +

Scope-dependent, but most projects run 4–6 weeks. A focused app redesign is typically 4 weeks. A full product with design system is 6–8 weeks. We give a fixed timeline in the proposal — no open-ended retainers unless you want ongoing design support.

Do we get the Figma source files? +

Yes, always. All Figma files are transferred to your account at project close. You own everything outright — no licence fees, no lock-in.

How many revisions are included? +

Two structured revision rounds per phase. In practice, most projects don't need them because we run stakeholder checkpoints at each milestone before moving forward.

Can you redesign an existing product without rebuilding it? +

Yes — this is most of what we do. We audit the existing UI, identify the highest-friction areas, and improve them without disrupting what works.

Do you handle development as well? +

Yes. We're a full-service agency. The same team that designed the Figma files can build them — no translation loss between design and dev.

What if we already have a brand and design system? +

We work within it. Send us your brand document and we design inside your existing system — or extend it cleanly where gaps exist.
